This multi/offset is located in Colt State Park. There is a lot to park in nearby, but you can park and walk to the cache from any lot in the park.
At the posted coordinates you will find a statue for John H. Chafee, who was the Rhode Island governor who dedicated the land for Colt State Park in 1968.
On one side of the statue, three accomplishments of Chafee are listed, along with the years he held each prestiguous position. To get the cache coordinates, input the final year that Chafee held those positions in the order they appear on the monument. You will be inputting a total of three different years for a total of 12 numbers.
Inputting these three years correctly will reveal the cache coordinates and hint for the cache hide, which is winter-friendly and hidden nearby. Please rehide as found. Hope you enjoy.
