Post Event Walk

Route

A walk will take place after the event at 11am that is optional and everyone is welcome to join at your own risk. This is not a guided walk and you are responsible for your own safety. The walk is a loop walk following the Mullaghmeen White Walk mostly which starts and finishes at the event coordinates. The walk is approximately 8K in length with approximately 226 meters accent, and will take around 2.5-3 hours to complete, including taking in some caches located on the loop.

Walking boots are a must on this route as some sections may be muddy and slippy. We will be out in the open so it is essential to dress appropriately for the conditions and you should have warm clothes, wet gear, water and food with you. It is your own responsibility to ensure you have what you need. Anyone not dressed appropriately may be asked to stay behind.
