Prepare yourselves, geocachers, for a devilishly difficult series of Challenge Caches designed to test your skills and perseverance!
This series, 'The Devil's Dozen', celebrates the 'The Tassie Event', held in Sorell, Tasmania on 7-8 March 2026.
To conquer 'The Devil's Dozen', you'll need to successfully meet the requirements of thirteen unique and demanding challenges. Will you earn the right to sign the logs and claim these sought-after finds? Get caching, check your stats, and prepare to face the devil!
Challenge #6: The Mid-Week Motivator
This is a challenge cache, and the physical cache is at the posted coordinates.
Stuck in the middle of the work week? There's only one cure for the "Hump Day" blues: a geocaching milestone!
To claim a find on this challenge cache, you must prove that you don't just wait for the weekend to go exploring. We are celebrating the dedicated cachers who make time for adventure right in the middle of the week.
The Challenge
To qualify for this cache, you must have found at least 350 geocaches on a Wednesday.

Hump Day Hero: It doesn't matter what year, what cache type, or what location—as long as the find was logged on a Wednesday, it counts toward your total.

Consistency is Key: Whether you do a "streak" or just grab one on your lunch break every week, those mid-week finds add up!
To claim a find you must meet the requirements of the Challenge:

If you sign the logbook and meet the requirements, log a 'Found It' log.

If you sign the logbook and do NOT meet the requirements, log a 'Write Note' and change this to a 'Found It' once you quality for the challenge.
