Repeating a fun series I did in Salt Lake City (and surrounding counties), this time basing the sun at the clock tower in Riverfront Park. Caches are places approximant the correct distance from the “Sun”, using the scale of 1 mile equals 1 Astronomical Unit, or the Mean Distance from the Sun to the Earth.
Neptune, third most massive planet of the solar system and the eighth and outermost planet from the Sun. Because of its great distance from Earth, it cannot be seen with the unaided eye. With a small telescopes, it appears as a tiny, faint blue-green disk.
Number of known moons: 14
Six Rings
Mean distance to the Sun: 4,48,396,000 KM/30.1 AU
