The posted coords bring you to the center of Freedom Park and the Vietnam War Memorial at Westminster Civic Center.
At this spot is an Eternal Flame with the face of a Lion and a fence around it for protection.
There are small signs mounted on the circular fence.
Find a 10 Letter word on one of the signs in English, and enter that Word into the Checker below to get your final Coordinates, it's a short walk from here.
