Phasmophobia is a cooperative horror game released in 2020, in which players take on the role of ghost hunters, investigating abandoned houses and locations in search of paranormal activity. Using specialized equipment — from EMF readers and thermometers to the Spirit Box and DOTS Projector — the team gathers evidence, analyzes the entity’s behavior, and tries to identify the type of ghost before it starts hunting. The game is built around deduction, knowledge of mechanics, and attention to detail, and every mistake can cost you your sanity… or your life. 👻
