This cache is dedicated to an old ship that was converted into the restaurant “Neptun”, which was located on the third lake in Rose Valley Park. It was created in the 1970s and closed and dismantled in the 1990s. According to eyewitnesses, Turkish coffee and coffee with cognac were served there. There was live music and, of course, delicious homemade wine.
Later a restaurant was built on the site where the ship used to be, but it's currently closed as well.
The only thing that may still remind visitors of the Neptun restaurant is a distinctive step by the water, which has been preserved and incorporated into the staircase of the newer restaurant. (Right in the old photo, left in the new one)
Unfortunately, very little information about Neptun itself has survived. While preparing caches, I learned about its existence quite by chance, despite being a local — unlike, for example, the café Liner, which has its own dedicated cache (GCACYXK).
Therefore, to find the coordinates, you will need to answer questions about the park itself.
1) In English, the park is called Rose Valley.
Find the current names of the park in Russian and in Romanian — both names consist of two words.
Count the number of letters in the Russian name (A) and in the Romanian name (B).
Do not count spaces.
2) In which year was the park founded? - mark that as a CDEF
3) The park was created while Moldova was part of the Soviet Union and originally had a different name.
The name was in Russian and consisted of G words (count all words, including conjunctions).

Attention: The cache is located in a city park. Nearby, by the road, there is a shallow pit and the remains of old ventilation. The pit is clearly visible, but in any case, be careful and watch your step.
