A fabulous TENTH annual, fun family skate on Friday, February 13th at the outdoor rink at Riverwalk Commons, with hot chocolate to warm us up. 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Nearby parking is free and waypointed. Bring your own skates!
Are you not into skating or a non-skater? No worries, the hosts don't skate either! We'll trade geocaching adventure stories while trading trackables.
Added note: if there is an extreme cold weather alert or if it rains, this event will be postponed to the following Friday, February 20. We will make an announcement as ahead of time as possible should this occur.
Unusual skating sights may occur. In the past we have had the Frankenskater and a skating Cachesaurus Rex!
There will be a group photo taken at 7:00 with the hosts remaining until 7:30 p.m. You are welcome, of course, to skate on and stay as long as you would like.
Here is a short skate down memory lane:
2nd Annual

Most attendees with a special Panda guest.
3rd Annual

The amazing skating t-rex: all the children on the rink were following him like he was the Pied Piper.

4th Annual

The infamous Frankenskater made an appearance.
5th Annual

7th Annual

Deadpool skates? Who knew!
8th Annual

9th Annual -- NEW location in Aurora!

It was cold, the rink was closed (installing a Canadian flag emblem on the ice). Fun still happened!
