This series follows a long-abandoned road through Weetamo Woods near a property that once housed Marquis De Lafayette during the Revolutionary War. Inspired by the American colonists' fight for independence (and perhaps seeking glory and revenge against Britain), the 19-year-old Lafayette defied French royal orders, purchased a ship, and sailed to America in 1777. He volunteered to serve without pay, quickly earning a commission as a major general in the Continental Army.
The ten caches hidden culminate in a final - at the top of each log is a number in blue ink. Collect all ten, and the coordinates for the final will be revealed in the format 41 AB.CDE N 071 FG.HIJ where A corresponds with the first in the series, and so on.
