Interesting abandoned ranch ruins, it must have been a big operation back in its day, i assume its the Owl Head ranch that the road is named after, but no information on what happened unfortunately.
Many ways to get to area, maintained dirt road from Park Link Dr, but use your own judgement for your vehicle, my route from the Tortolita Preserve in Dove Mountain, is all dirt roads.
Cache is a good size container, with plenty of room for trades and hidden away from the buildings.
