The cache that never was is now archived. It was published Jan 20th but was missing before ever found. Coords were way off & didn't match the hint. CO was contacted quite a few times but never responded so I left a "throw down". I don't usually do this but I knew it would be a while to get archived so why waste this spot. I did contact the CO and let them know but again no response. The throw down got mixed reviews but it did have 22 finds & no DNFs.
I have now hidden a "real cache" in the area although it's pretty tight to fit something in without using the same spot.
Bring a pen, watchout for wildlife & be nice to the park.
