The Chateaubriand is a thick cut meat (typically a tenderloin), that is cooked between two lesser cuts of meat which are discarded after. Basque-Style Chateaubriand is a classic Nevada food that is supposedly quite delicious. I had never heard of it before creating this event page, but now I want to try it.
