Welcome to The Float, a striking public artwork in Stanhope Gardens, where giant umbrellas rise skyward from the centre of a busy roundabout. Located across the road from StanHOPE Anglican Church, this space offers a moment to pause — a reminder that even in the rush of everyday life, there’s always room for reflection, HOPE, and LOVE.
As daylight fades, The Float takes on a whole new personality. The giant umbrellas are beautifully lit at night, glowing softly against the dark sky.

The cache is not located in the roundabout. It is in a a safe, easily accessible location with nearby parking and pedestrian access. Stealth required! Please be mindful of traffic around the roundabout and enjoy the artwork from a respectful distance.
