February 16th is National Do a Grouch a Favor Day.
We will be celebrating this at Oscar's (the grouch) Frozen Custard in West Allis WI.

We will gather in the glassed in seating area.
Oscar's offers a variety of food and custard.
Each attendee is responsible for their own purchases.
