Come by Chugiak High on Saturday, March 28th to fold some zines about nature conservation, trail etiquette, geocaching, and other earth-friendly fun, and weather depending, do some trash pick up outside near the cafeteria.
We will also have wildflower seed shaker and CITO kit supplies for anyone who wants to make more. Wild Flower seed shakers are full of fertilizer and non-invasive, alaska native wild flower seeds that you can take with you and spread seeds in any place that could use more flowers for our pollinators. CITO kits are ready-to- go film cannisters and small plastic jars with everything you need to pick up trash on the fly. You can make and take these with you, either for your own CITO emergencies or to leave in large caches for the next finder.

Hot chocolate and tea will be provided. When you arrive, start at the front office doors, by the flag pole, and a student member of the Chugiak Geoaching club will show you in.
There will be a pre-CITO coffee event at Sleepy Dog at 10 am.
Please RSVP with your "Will Attend" and remember that this is a school, so even if you usually spike your hot chocolate on snowy events, this is not the place for that. If you cannot be within 1,000 feet of a school, please sit this one out.
