Son of Dganit and Yosef. Born on August 29, 2002 in Acre. Younger brother of Idan, Gal and Aviv. Or, grew up and was educated in Acre. He studied at the Gordon Elementary School and from the seventh grade at the "Ort Darsky" school named after Shmaryahu Biran. In the 11th grade, he began studying at the "Ort Marom" school. He integrated easily and was loved by his friends and the educational staff. He chose the mechanical systems track and successfully completed his studies.
With his brother Gal he went to watch the games of the Maccabi Haifa soccer team, which they were fans of.
Or (Light), as his name implies, spread light to all around him. Loved by people, smiling, pleasant and full of joy of life, he easily connected with anyone. As a man of values, he was characterized by honesty, fairness and humanity. With generosity and kindness of heart, he was always ready to help anyone in need. His acquaintances described him as a great interlocutor, smart and with a developed sense of humor. He was loyal to his friends, and they loved him.
On February 20, 2022, he enlisted in the IDF and was assigned as a cook in the Logistics Corps as part of the COGAT (Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories) unit of the Ministry of Defense. He was stationed at the Coordination and Liaison Headquarters in the Northern Brigade sector of the Gaza Division, near the Erez crossing – the northern border crossing into the Gaza Strip.
Tsuri Sa-idi
Tsuri, the son of Ayelet Etiel and Dudi Saidi, was born on January 7, 1995 in Moshav Gan HaDarom. Brother of Mia. He grew up and was educated in Moshav Gan HaDarom, near Ashdod. He studied at the Gederot Regional Elementary School in Moshav Asheret. He was a handsome, smiling and sociable boy who loved nature and the land. Already in his youth, he showed kindness and extraordinary sensitivity to others. His mother Ayelet said: " Tsuri was unable to see a person next to him who was missing something. Already when he was a child in the playground, if he saw a man sitting alone on a bench, even if Tsuri had no prior acquaintance with him, he would immediately run to talk to him, to relieve his loneliness. This trait accompanied him throughout his life." Later, he studied at the Y.H. Brenner Comprehensive Regional High School in Kibbutz Givat Brenner.
After completing his studies, he enlisted in the army and served as a D9 bulldozer operator in the Engineering Corps' Mechanical Equipment Unit.
After his discharge, he traveled to India with Aviad Halevi, a member of the moshav who had been his best friend since childhood, and later traveled with friends to South America. A friend wrote: "We traveled abroad together... I got to know you a little bit but in this little bit we were very, very close! Deep conversations, laughter, you were a person of freedom... He sees freedom and lives freedom in the full sense of the word. You were a special person, calm and peaceful."
Tsuri was a devoted son to his parents and a loving brother to his sister. Everyone knew him as a person who was all about giving and was always ready to help. Everyone who met him received a bright smile, a kind word, small or big help. He knew how to give the person in front of him the feeling that there was someone who cared, helped, and most of all, there was someone who listened. His Girlfriend Amber said: "Tsuri – who loved to give so much, also knew how to give. He knew how to give without making the other supported or needy."
All his life he was an avid fan of the "Maccabi Haifa" soccer team and together with his friends he went to games.
Aviad Ha-Levi
Aviad, the son of Hadassah (Desi) and Yehuda, was born on June 30, 1995 in Rehovot. Brother of Nadav, Itamar, Jonathan, Noa and Ido.
When he was six years old, his mother, Desi, remarried, and the family moved to Moshav Gan HaDarom. The life of the moshav suited Aviad "like a glove," his mother said. Aviad grew up alongside childhood friends who loved nature, loved to hike and celebrate at every opportunity.
At the age of eight, he first met the Maccabi Haifa soccer team and has since become an avid fan. As an adult, he participated with his friends in the team's activities and in the culture - "Only Together".
Aviad studied at the "Gederot" elementary school in Moshav Asheret and then moved to the "Brenner" regional high school in Givat Brenner. Although he was a brilliant child, his studies were from there on, but when the moment came to prove himself – he did it in a big way, and graduated from high school successfully.
When he enlisted in the army, he was assigned to the "Givati" Brigade and served as a fighter in the "Shaked" battalion. After a certain period of time, he accepted a position in the brigade's Communications Corps Company, and completed his service in the Ground Forces' ICT Division.
Upon his release, he went on a big trip to India with Tsuri Saidi, a member of the moshav who had been his best friend since childhood. Aviad loved good music, loved riding his motorcycle, traveling the world and going out with his friends.

On Saturday, October 7, 2023, at 6:30 a.m., the Hamas terrorist organization launched a surprise attack on Israel. Under the cover of massive rocket and missile fire from the Gaza Strip into large areas of Israel, thousands of terrorists infiltrated from the breached border fence, from the sea and from the air, and began a murderous attack on the communities surrounding the Gaza Strip – kibbutzim and moshavim, and on the nearby cities of Sderot, Ofakim and Netivot; on The nova nature party near Kibbutzim Re'im and Nirim; and on IDF bases and on road traffic in the area. The terrorists murdered about 800 civilians of all ages in their homes, cars, and while partying after committing serious crimes, including rape and abuse; kidnapped hundreds of Israelis – soldiers and civilians – as well as foreign workers from the kibbutzim – to the Gaza Strip; They destroyed, looted, and set fire to houses and property. More than 300 soldiers, policemen and members of the local alert squads fell in the battle.
That morning a war began.
Or remained on duty at the base that weekend. At 6:40 A.M., he wrote to his girlfriend Shai Li a message: "Good morning sweethaert, some trouble has begun." After staying in a shelter with no doors, and upon learning of the presence of terrorists at the base, the commander on duty ordered COGAT soldiers to enter their living doorms, where they could lock themselves.
A force from the "Golani" Brigade arrived at the base and fought the terrorists for hours alongside COGAT personnel. Three COGAT soldiers were kidnapped to Gaza.
Sergeant Or Malka fell in battle on the 22nd of Tishrei 5784 (October 7, 2023). He was twenty-one years old when he fell. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Nahariya. He is survived by his parents and three brothers.
After his fall, he was promoted to the rank of first sergeant.
That same weekend, Zuri traveled with his two good friends, Aviad Halevi and Omri Ram, to the Nova music festival near Kibbutz Reim, and with about 3,000 other people, they danced and rejoiced. When the attack began, the three tried to flee the scene. While fleeing, Omri and Aviad were wounded by gunfire, but they continued to try to escape with the car and asked to be rescued. A few hours later, contact with them was cut off. Shai from Moshav Gan HaDarom went to rescue them according to the last location they sent. And there he found Tsuri and his two friends next to their car, lifeless.
Aviad and his two best friends, Zuri and Omri, went On Friday night, the eve of Simchat Torah, October 6, 2023, to the "Supernova" music festival that took place near Kibbutz Reim. When they got there in the early morning, they danced and had fun with about 3,000 revelers. During the barrage of rockets, the music stopped, and a short time later, the participants were shot. The three tried to flee the scene with their car, but had difficulty because of the traffic jam at the exit. Terrorists came up to them and fired at them, and Aviad and Omri were wounded. In the afternoon, a friend of the family managed to get out of the house To go to the last location they sent, but it was too late. He found the three of them next to their car, lifeless.
Aviad Halevi was murdered by terrorists at the Nova festival in the Re'im area on October 7, 2023, at the age of twenty-eight. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Gederot and was buried next to his friends, Tsuri Saidi and Omri Ram. He is survived by his parents, four brothers and a sister. On his tombstone are engraved the words: "We will love and remember forever, your image and your beautiful smile, we will remember and walk in your path. A path of love, joy and friendship, we will carry you in our hearts and souls forever."
