Winter Hunger Games
The District Rule
In the Olympics, athletes generally qualify for the Games based on large-scale geographic districts (Olympic Charter Rule 41), with eligibility centered on nationality to ensure global representation, particularly in sports like fencing.
In The Hunger Games, the district rule, established by the Treaty of Treason, requires each of Panem's twelve districts to annually select one boy and one girl for the Hunger Games via a "reaping".
For the last fifteen events (WHG20-WHG34), we will be returning to the Hunger theme by highlighting some of our favorite food recipes.
This event is a celebration of our favorite food recipe that represents your local cuisine.
Participation: share your favorite local cuisine recipe with someone at the event.
