We learned some funny history about this location today. There was a contest in the 1970s to name the lake. Being the 70s, some of the suggestions just were not appropriate. Dr. Louis C. Alderman Jr., President at the time, announced that the lake already had a name- Heart Lake, due to its shape! The name of this cache should make it a quick find.
