The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but it's not far away, just on the outskirts of the Quartermile area. You do not need to go to the posted coordinates. This just takes you to a fancy office building. As you will learn from doing the Adventure lab, this was once the site of Old Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh building.
