The Korppi (Raven, corvus corax) sculpture was unveiled in December 2025. It is 12 meters high and the bird's wingspan is 30 meters.
All passenger trains operating on Finland's main railway line are stopping at the nearby railway station of Tikkurila. This includes the trains to the Arctic Circle as well as the commuter trains to the airport every 10 minutes during daytime. The Korppi has therefore a lot to see.
If you are travelling from the airport to the city center, or vice versa, this virtual cache will add 20 minutes to your travelling time.
This is a virtual cache. There is nothing physical hidden in these coordinates. Therefore, do not hunt anything here, but please continue reading.
Your task to log this virtual cache:
Go to the given coordinates and take a photo of yourself or your GPS device or your geocaching nickname or something belonging to you with the Korppi so that the head of the bird is visible in the photo. Attach the photo to your log or send it through the message center.

Korppi-veistos paljastettiin joulukuussa 2025. Se on 12 metriä korkea ja sen siipien kärkiväli on 30 metriä.
Viereisellä Tikkurilan asemalla pysähtyvät kaikki pääradalla liikennöivät matkustajajunat. Napapiirille matkaavat pikajunat pysähtyvät siellä ja lentoasemalle menee juna päiväsaikaan kymmenen minuutin välein. Korpilla riittää siis tarkkailtavaa.
Jos olet matkalla lentokentältä keskustaan tai päinvastoin, tällä lumekätköllä vierailu lisää matka-aikaasi 20 minuutilla.
