🗼 ⚓ The Lighthouse Keeper of Maspalomas Virtual Cache

When the Maspalomas lighthouse began operating at the end of the 19th century, it stood almost at the edge of the world.
No hotels, no promenade – only the sea, the dunes and the lighthouse keeper, lighting the lamp night after night to guide passing ships.

Today everything around it has changed, but the lighthouse is still here and still shining.
Step into the role of the lighthouse keeper for a moment and capture this scene.

Take a creative photo at the lighthouse.
The photo must show ONE (1) of the following options:

• yourself with the lighthouse visible in the background,
• OR a personal item,
• OR a paper with your geocaching name and date.

The photo should look like you are interacting with the lighthouse (e.g. holding, supporting, guarding or pushing it).

Cuando el faro de Maspalomas comenzó a funcionar a finales del siglo XIX, se encontraba casi en el fin del mundo.
