A wonderful mural depicting early farming practice in the foothills east of Port Pirie. The work was commissioned by the property owner in 2024, and replaced a previous wall painting, advertising an old cold icy drink called a 'Slush Puppy'. The residence was formerly a local shop/deli during the mid 20th century.
A talented local artist, Deidre Marshall was the creator of the work, which took a week to complete in late 2024.
Logging requirements: Visit the site, and post a photograph of yourself, or something with your geocache name on it , with the mural in the background.
The location is a quiet residential area. Please be respectful during your visit.
