Il se compose de trois arches en dos d’âne, en pierre du pays, enjambent le ruiseau de Petit-Fays.La légende raconte que Saint Lambert propageait sa foi à Vresse tandis que Sainte Agathe le faisait à Laforêt, Saint Lambert, jaloux de sa voisine, eut l’idée d’interdire l’accès de sa rivale à son village. lui,qui ne voyageait qu’à pied ou à cheval et elle ne se déplaçant qu’en voiture, il fit donc construire un pont si étroit que sa collègue et concurrente fut dans l’impossibilité de venir prêcher la bonne parole sur son territoire. Ce pont inspire de nombreux peintres et photographes.

Deze brug met een Romeinse uitstraling dateert uit 1774. Ze bestaat uit drie ezelsrugbogen, gemaakt van plaatselijke steen, die de beek van Petit-Fays overspannen. De legende vertelt dat Sint Lambert zijn geloof verspreidde in Vresse terwijl Sint Agatha dat deed in Laforêt. Sint Lambert, jaloers op zijn buurvrouw, besloot de toegang van zijn rivaal tot zijn dorp te verbieden. Hij, die alleen te voet of te paard reisde, en zij, die zich alleen met de koets verplaatste, liet daarom een brug bouwen die zo smal was dat zijn collega en concurrente onmogelijk de goede boodschap over haar gebied kon prediken. This Roman-looking bridge dates from 1774. It consists of three humpback arches, made of local stone, spanning the Petit-Fays stream. Legend has it that Saint Lambert spread his faith in Vresse while Saint Agatha did so in Laforêt. Saint Lambert, jealous of his neighbor, had the idea to forbid his rival access to his village.
