New York-based photographer Peter Beste released the album True Norwegian Black Metal in 2008, documenting the Norwegian scene associated with this genre. The photos from that session are now considered legendary, and one of the most iconic photos, depicting Kvitrafn, then-drummer of Gorgoroth, was taken here.
