This Cache is located within the grounds of the Jerome State Historic Park. This is a FEE area. The $10.00 admission fee gains you entrance to the nearby mansion which was the former residence of "Rawhide" Jimmy Douglas.
The park is open from 9AM 'til 4:30PM, so plan your visit accordingly.
PLEASE do not use the PICNIC area UNLESS you have paid the $10.00 fee for admission to the park.
The views of the Verde Valley are certainly well worth the price of admission! During the winter months, there is a fabulous view of Humphreys Peak in Flagstaff. This often snow-capped mountain is well over 40 miles away from the park!
