环城公园环绕着西安古城墙铺展开来。它不像传统意义上的「景区」，更像一条呼吸的绿带。
在20世纪80年代以前，这里只是「环城林」，杂草丛生，民居散落，城墙被树木遮掩。1983年，西安市民通过义务劳动建设公园，秉持「古朴、粗放、有野趣」的理念，让林带变成开放的城市绿地。
园区按东、南、西、北分区布局，建有牡丹园、樱花园、石榴园等主题园景。1998年改造后，假山、溪流、草坪与广场逐渐成形。2001年，这里成为西安第一个免费开放的公园。清晨有跑步的人，午后有下棋的人，傍晚有带着风筝与孩子的家庭。城墙在一侧静默伫立，护城河在另一侧缓缓流动。
这是古城与现代生活最自然的交汇处。请注意周围游客与锻炼人群，保持低调。容器体积较小，请轻拿轻放，复位原状。

Huan Cheng Park stretches like a green ribbon around the Xi’an City Wall. It feels less like a tourist attraction and more like a breathing corridor encircling the old city.
Before the 1980s, this area was simply known as the “Ring Forest,” overgrown and partially residential, with trees obscuring the ancient wall. In 1983, local residents participated in volunteer efforts to transform it into a public park, guided by a design philosophy described as “rustic, open, and naturally wild.”
The park is divided into eastern, southern, western, and northern sections, featuring themed gardens such as peony, cherry blossom, and pomegranate areas. After renovations in 1998, rock formations, streams, lawns, and plazas were added. In 2001, it became Xi’an’s first free public park. In the mornings you’ll see joggers; in the afternoons, chess players; at dusk, families walking beneath the trees. The ancient wall stands quietly on one side, while the moat flows along the other.
This is where the historic city meets everyday life.Please be mindful of muggles, especially during peak hours. The container is small — handle gently and replace exactly as found.
