Geocache Description:

Welcome to a Pi-shaped (the number, not the pastry) GeoArt brought to life by the wonderfully friendly and incredibly supportive Geocachers of the Inland Northwest. What began as a simple idea quickly grew, and through the dedication and teamwork of everyone involved, it became a reality.

While the design honors the mathematical constant celebrated by number enthusiasts around the globe, the rest of the world often marks the occasion with circular treats fresh from the oven. So whether you’re raising a toast to 3.141592653589793238462 or enjoying a slice of something sweet, this GeoArt is for you!

Strawberry rhubarb pie blends sweet strawberries with tart rhubarb. A classic recipe uses:

  • 3 cups strawberries

  • 2 cups rhubarb

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

To unlock the cache, solve this:

  1. Add the cups of strawberries and rhubarb.

  2. Multiply that total by the cups of sugar.

  3. Add the tablespoons of cornstarch.
