Join me for some geocaching discussions. This place comes highly recommended and there is a wide variety of food options here.
Who:
You, your best friend and the geocacher whose name you have seen in logs but have never met in person. Anybody and everybody. An event is the best way to understand the game. Please feel free to come join us for an informal meet and greet. If you have a question about the game, someone here will have the answer.
When:
Friday, March 13, 2026
5pm - 6pm (open house style, come when you want, leave when you want)
Where:
I have heard there is a nice space upstairs. I am going to try and get settled there. If not, I will make an event announcement once we find a spot. If you are there before me, feel free to try and hold down the upstairs room.
Why:
To grab some food, talk geocaching, and trade travel bugs.
Extra things to keep in mind:
- Dutch treat but no purchase is required to attend this event.
- If you pick up a Travel Bug or trackable coin at an event, make sure you log it out so it doesn't show up in the event list. Please do not leave a trackable at the event unless you have arranged with another attendee to take and actually log the trackable.
