Grebbestads kyrka uppfördes 1890–92 efter ritningar av arkitekten Adrian C. Petersson och genomgick en restaurering 1986.
Kyrkobyggnaden är uppförd i nygotisk stil och består av ett rektangulärt långhus med ett smalare, femsidigt kor i söder och ett stentorn i norr.

The church is constructed in the Neo-Gothic style and consists of a rectangular nave, a narrower five-sided chancel to the south, and a stone tower to the north.
