I have always loved this beautiful colony of trees in Weaselhead. In the winter it is like a grey cement wall with eyes, in the Spring the wall grows bright green dots, in the Summer it is full of green leaves which tremble at the slightest breeze, and in the Autumn it is transformed to bright yellow. Each Trembling Aspen colony is its own clone, connected under the earth through a root system. Many believe that they speak to eachother through their roots and prioritize the protection of the entire colony over the individual. Humans could learn from these trees! As you walk through this Trembling Aspen colony, listen carefully and see if you can hear them.
When you find the cache, please be gentle, it requires no strength to open it, just the correct technique. Please bring your own pen to sign the logbook and put it back where you found it. Then take a deep breath and thank the trees for their gift of oxygen. You can never go wrong with gratitude!
