Welcome to one of my favorite places to watch trains, and one of my favorite places in general, deception creek.
To access the cache you need to turn off US 2 onto FS 6088, after the railroad bridge there is parking on the west side of the road. Do not trespass on railroad property that is roughly 200 feet from the cache. Take any photos of passing trains for your log. Cache is a large ammo can. In the winter the area sometimes gets up to a few feet of snow so the cache may be inaccessible during that time.
