This is a boat (and snowmobile) access point to Pea Porridge Pond in Madison, New Hampshire. So, you can visit just for the geocache, or you can come to walk or ski on the pond in the winter or kayak in the summer. There is plenty of parking, even in the winter.
The container is a small bison tube. I had to step onto the hard-packed plowed snow to place it. So, yes, it is winter friendly.
