Come by Chugiak High on Tuesday, April 21st, to fold some zines about nature conservation, trail etiquette, geocaching, and other earth-friendly fun, OR travel out on the Glenn Highway Bike path to pick up trash along the Aurora Challenge Trail! The coordinates are placed to keep the events from getting stacked on top of each other, but you are still looking for the parking spots in front of the flagpole at the front.
Hot chocolate and tea will be provided. When you arrive, start at the front office doors, by the flag pole, and a student member of the Chugiak Geoaching club will show you in or provide you with bags and directions for clean up.
There will be a post-CITO coffee at Sleepy Dog from 5:30-6:30 afterwards.
Please RSVP with your "Will Attend" and remember that this is a school, so even if you usually spike your hot chocolate on snowy events, this is not the place for that. If you cannot be within 1,000 feet of a school, please sit this one out.
