Sometimes our daily work involves activities that are not always the healthiest.

For many folks, they do not move around or are not as healthy as they'd like to be.

We all need to develop better daily activitry and health habits to keep ourselves going.

 

This list was asked of an AI-helper to give a list of 10 healthy habits to

maybe help improve our lives as well as the lives of others.
