At Stage 2, you are solving for ABC.DEF GHIJK. This will give you an alphanumeric code. It should be obvious what to do next.
AB = What date was the building dedicated? Reverse the two digits to get AB. (e.g., 32 would become 23)
C = How many middle initials are in the City Engineer's name?
D = Which district is represented by Francis Emma Barwood?
E = There are _____ city councillors.
F = How many letters in the first name of the City Manager?
G = What letter starts sixteen of the words on the plaque? (Use the letter here.)
H = Excluding the City Council, how many of the titles on the plaque include the word City?
I = How many words in the name of the architectural firm responsible?
J = Add the first and the last numbers of the dedication year together to get J.
K = How many City Councillors use a middle initial?
