I took a ride today and never experienced this shortcut to the other side. Standing there watching as they went on by. It was a pretty interesting hearing all the horns and chugs so I stood there and thought what an interesting place it was.
Depending on the precise time it could be busy or not but beware of the muggles and cctv robots.
Access to all from morning to night, perfect for someone little to tall.
Plenty of parking close by.
