This is a simple Park & Grab, with plenty of parking available right across the street from GZ. Be careful crossing the street. There will be drive-by traffic, so be stealthy. It will be a quick find.
Interestingly, when I went to place the cache, I found a cache in the same spot that must have been archived some time ago. I haven't lived in the area long enough to have been aware of it, but I'll bet some local geocachers remember it.
