WELCOME-EVENT in der HLMW9

Hornbert und das GeoW4 Team freuen sich auf ein schönes Eventwochenende mit vielen Geocachern von nah und fern.
Wir treffen uns von 19.00 bis 21.00 Uhr in der Eventlocation (HLMW9). Das Logbuch liegt in dieser Zeit auf und es gibt die Möglichkeit über unser Hobby zu plaudern sowie TB's zu tauschen.
Der Merchandise-Stand ist heute von 18:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet. Nutze die Gelegenheit, deine Bestellungen abzuholen, etwas Einzigartiges zu oder/und ein Ticket für morgen zu erwerben. Dadurch kannst du das Mega morgen entspannt starten.
Auch der Info-Stand wird in von 18:00 bis 21:00 Uhr geöffnet sein. Hier erhältst du neben Infos zu deinen Fragen auch Straßenkarten von Wien, Tombola Lose, den Tourpass und einiges mehr.
Von den Händlern wird auch Dosenfutter aus Österreich bereits seinen Merchandise-Stand geöffnet haben..
Bei diesem Event gibt es ein typisch österreichisches Gastronomie-Angebot, das von Schüler*innen und ihren Lehrerinnen gestaltet wird, nämlich einen Heurigen. Diesen kennzeichnet das Angebot von Broten mit Aufstrichen, Käse und Speck sowie von Wein und alkoholfreien Getränken. Für die bessere Planbarkeit bitten wir um euer Will-Attend bis 16. September. Ein WA heißt nicht automatisch, dass man etwas konsumieren will, aber wir können daraus ungefähr den Bedarf ableiten. Selbstverständlich gibt es keine Verpflichtung etwas zu konsumieren und alle kurzfristig Entschlossenen sind ebenso willkommen.

Hornbert and the GeoW4 team are looking forward to a nice event weekend with many geocachers from near and far.
We will meet from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the event location (HLMW9). The logbook will be available during this time and there will be the opportunity to chat about our hobby as well as exchange TBs.
The merchandise stand is open today from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Take the opportunity to pick up your orders, get something unique, and/or purchase a ticket for tomorrow. This way you can start the Mega tomorrow relaxed.
The information stand will also be open from 6 pm to 9 pm. Here, as well as getting answers to your questions, you can pick up maps of Vienna, raffle tickets, the Tour Pass and much more.
The company "Dosenfutter" from Austra will also have their merchandise stand open by then.
At this event there is a typical Austrian gastronomy offering organized by students and their teachers, namely a Heuriger. This is characterized by the availability of breads with spreads, cheese and bacon as well as wine and non-alcoholic beverages. For better planning we ask for your Will-Attend by September 16. A WA does not automatically mean that one wants to consume something but we can approximately derive the demand from it. Of course there is no obligation to consume anything, and all last-minute attendees are equally welcome.
