I have been trying to put a cache here for two years. I didn't know who owned the property, and when someone was there, I'd leave a message/request. But finally I got lucky. I met with the owner, and after answering very valid questions concerning the cache and geocaching itself, he graciously agreed. He is a very busy person, so I was extremely grateful. He has two requests for this cache: 1) Do not go behind the center/business, nor travel much beyone this point and 2) NO CACHING AFTER 6PM. His security team monitors the camera's so if anyone shows up after 6pm, you may ruin it for us. NO NIGHT CACHING.
As alway, please be respectful of the property. Keep it clean, and don't block the parking lot. It should be very apparent where this is when you approach the GZ. Be careful exiting onto the main road, they like to travel pretty fast around the bin. You assume all responsibility in finding this cache. Happy caching!
