Looking for that "classic" hide? Do you want to find something that exudes geocaching history? Do you want that satisfying feeling of finding something that makes an unnatural metalic sound in the woods?

Well, look no further... 

The "classic" can be defined as the go-to. The safe bet. The meat and potatoes of geocaching (if that's even a thing...)

Back in the early days, these hides seemed to be more common. A classic stump or log near the trail, featuring a classic container like the one, perhaps sitting on coordinates exactly like these! The ultimate satisfying find. 

Whenever I find one of these, I feel the nostalgia of my early days as a geocacher. I figured I would pass on the nostalgia for those who remember finding their first "Classic." 

This cache is located on beautiful Burnaby Mountain, along a trail I have frequented many times. Enjoy the woods, and keep an eye out for wildlife!
