Saddle up and mosey on over to the Fall Fest 2026 Official-Unofficial Kick-Off Party! 🤠

Join us on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 as we roll into town early and tip our hats to the start of Fall Fest 2026.

So what in tarnation is an “Official-Unofficial” kick-off? It’s your first crack at collectin’ your pre-ordered registration package, settin’ up camp, and scoping out the grounds before the full-blown stampede begins at sun-up the next day. Everyone’s welcome to swing by — and there might be a few tokens of appreciation handed out… if you sweet-talk the Event Mounties just right. No promises though — they may already be ridin’ on fumes by then. 🌙

Meet the Event Mountie crew in the Ag Hall for trail snacks, sign the logbook, fire off your burning questions, and get the lay of the land for the weekend ahead. Best of all, you can wrangle your pre-ordered packages so you don’t have to stand in line come morning.

Package Pickup will take place in the Ag Hall, in what most folks would call a "kitchen". We're happy to serve up some swag and welcome ya' to the grounds.

📦 Package pickup is available only during the posted event time

A few trail notes to remember:

• 🏕️ Camping gates swing open at 4:00 pm. If you arrive early, we reserve the right to assign you tasks to help us with set up BEFORE you're allowed to set up camp. You've been warned. 

• 🚗 Non-campers, enter through the south gate (follow the big PARKING signs) and park considerate-like so folks can still get in and out

• ⏰ This here gathering runs 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

• 🐾 Family- and critter-friendly (all pets must be on a 6-foot leash)

• 🎒 Pick up pre-ordered merch, nametags, game cards, passports, and more in the Ag Hall

• 🛍️ No store sales or vendors will be open this evening
