Welcome to Fall Fest 2026 at the Burford Agricultural Society Fairgrounds! What a wild and wonderful ride this year has been. Now it’s time to gather ‘round one last time, swap stories from the trail, and bid a fond prairie farewell to friends both new and old — until our paths cross again.
Join us on Sunday, September 27th starting at 9:00am for our Farewell Round-Up & Trail Tales, where we’ll reminisce about the week’s adventures, share a few laughs, and send everyone off with full hearts and dusty boots before riding off into the sunset.
Food and beverages will be available, courtesy of a fine local establishment, so come hungry and ready to enjoy one last campfire-style visit 🌾
This is also our final chance to clear out the prize vault, so we don’t have to haul it all back into storage until next year. If there’s still loot left on the table, we aim to make sure it finds a good home 🐎
Everyone’s welcome at this shindig. This event is outdoors, so dress for whatever weather decides to ride into town.
A few trail notes to remember:

If you’re not campin’, enter through the south gate (watch for the big PARKING signs) and park without blockin’ other wagons

Family- and pet-friendly (all critters must be on a 6-foot leash)

After the event, we kindly ask all cachers and campers to vacate the fairgrounds before noon, so the committee can finish wranglin’ the last of the cleanup and head home before the sun sets on a long week.
