MAKER MAGIC 2026 - JOZI - SOUTH AFRICA

1:30pm to 4:00pm

The magic happens when you think out of the box!

Come and join an afternoon of fun and creativity. Share ideas and experiences.

We will show case specific topics throughout the afternoon and nibble while we listen and chat.  There will be a 3D printer available to show you how to set it up and print simple items.

Programme:

13h30 - Arrival

13h45 - Relaxed discussion about various Tools of the Trade (TOTT), making geocaches - what works well and what doesn't

14h00 - 3D Printing Session - how 3D printing can help with novel geocache hides, and other useful items such as custom letterbox stamps

14h30 - UrbanCampers - special geocaches make wonderful memories. An ingenious geocache with a difference.

15h00 - Damhuisclan - the big reveal of a special container - "unboxing" the box, and other demonstrations. 

15h30 - Make a cache, cache hides & maintenance tips discussion while we create

16h00 - Event ends
