Geocache Description:

Time to clean up the environment and leave things a bit cleaner than what we found them. As such it's time for a Cache In Trash Out event! We're going to take some time out, clean up the area and leave with a smiley for doing so...
This park has always been a great spot for caches, and there's been a variety of types and difficulty caches hidden here, which makes it a great location for cachers new and not-so-new to gather. Let's give back to the community by performing a cleanup of trash in the park and maybe grab a few caches along the way.
I will be supplying the following:
- Trash Bags
- Water
- Trash Haul Away Service
Items that YOU should bring with you:
- Gloves
- Boots
- Long Pants (for those who are allergic to to poison ivy)
- Friends and Family
- Grabbers
- Rain gear (if necessary)

3699 Deininger Road, York PA 17406
Please note: part of the park is currently closed for trail maintenance. We will avoid that portion and focus on the many other parts of the park which are still open.
Why:
To clean up the environment, talk geocaching, and trade bugs. Those who wish to may also do some geocaching before or after the event.
Extra things to keep in mind:
- This event will be held rain or shine.
- Those who wish to help out with this event please come dressed appropriately. Briars, brambles, stinging nettle and poison ivy are always a possibility when traipsing through the woods. LONG pants are encouraged if you don't want to be miserable all morning.
