This is a challenge caches and the final IS at the posted coordinates. You can sign the log any time, but cannot claim the find until you have met the challenge as listed below. There is no access to this area from the neighborhood to the south due to a fence. The area to the north is still under construction but the street is open. Please avoid searching for the cache if workers are present.
