This is a challenge caches and the final IS at the posted coordinates. You can sign the log any time, but cannot claim the find until you have met the challenge as listed below. There is no parking along Marksheffel Rd so please see the parking waypoint. There is sidewalk the whole way so walking or biking it is great. I placed the container without a TOTT but I'm 5'8" with long arms. You may need a pole to reach it.
