A=Subtract the number of letters in the address direction from the number of letters in the road type
B=What digit in the street address is the same as in the avenue name
C=Either digit in the closing time
D=Subtract the first digit of the year established from the second digit.
E=last digit of the opening time
F=Middle digit of the area code
Check your coordinates with Certitude and you will get the last piece of information you need to sign the log.
