A=Add the two digits of the street number and subtract 3
B=What is the first digit of the speed limit
C=Count the number of letters of the first two words and subtract the first digit of the next number
D=What is the second digit of the distance?
E= What is the second digit of the street?
F=Subtract the first digit of the speed limit from the second digit of the distance
Check your coordinates with Certitude and you will get the last piece of information you need to sign the log.
