An Australian group of geocachers is travelling to Singapore for a week of geocaching fun and sightseeing.
Welcome to the Batam Island Side Trip Event
In an effort to add yet another country to our travel maps, some of the Singapore GeoAdventure crew have decided to make a side trip to Batam Island, Indonesia.
Most of us will be coming on the 8:50 am ferry arriving 9:00 am at the Ferry terminal (1 hour time difference!)
The event location is at the end of the pedestrian walkway from the ferry terminal to the mega mall. We do hope to meet up with some geocaching locals too!

After the event, people make choose to do some shopping, some sight seeing or some geocaching.
