My wife and I ran our first 5K together a few weeks ago and this is to commemorate that. I didn't do as well as I hoped but I am glad I finished and pushed through the pain. I need to step up my game though, too busy geocaching! ha ha
The location of this cache is just North of the route we took for the actual race. The race started at Magnolia park on 15th and San Antonio, east to Euclid, south to 13th, west all the way to Mountain, north on Mountain until 15th and east over to Magnolia park. The idea I had for this geocache was inspired by the race but the I decided not to put the cache along the route since the good spots were taken or just not the best for a cache.
I walked up a bit to this spot and noticed what you probably noticed too, Lemon trees! What a coincidence along this whole line of Pine trees, I took it as an omen!
